This new exhibition from York’s Chocolate Story celebrates the women who made the city a global force in confectionery. Including unique historical artefacts and fascinating testimony for the women who were there it is fascinating. And yummy.

Making her mark: celebrating creative women

This latest collaboration between Beningbrough Hall and the National Portrait Gallery brings some iconic pictures of amazing women to the country house – including this one of York’s own Dame Judi Dench. A must see.
